Thanks to the mowing crew for taking care of the field this year and maintaining the equipment. They are Ray Angelo, Ron Curtis, Cliff Bendig, and Mahlon Hirsch. If I missed anyone thanks to all that participated. The Air Show went well this year resulting in a $500 contribution to Make-A-Wish. Thanks to the Marine Guyfor having the vehicle displays and the fine young men there to answer questions and show off the equipment. We only got around 40 cars from Lake Erie Classics this year, but I guess I didn't promote it correctly to them, so not a lot knew about it.

Were having a  Winter Fun Fly, at the Vo-Tech School, Jan 11th, 11:00 am-til? Weather doesn't matter. Bring something to fly; hot dogs and coffee provided.  Club Dues are now $25 due primarily to increased mowing costs.  Tentative schedule for club dinner, Sun, Feb 8th, 6:00 cocktails, 7:00 dinner at the Seibenbuerger Club 21st and French . Confirmation and details to follow at the January meeting, Jan 4th, 7:30 pm.  

Officers remain the same as 2008 with the following exceptions; new Club Treasurer is Jay Raydo,  New Club Secretary is Ron Curtis. Both will be effective January 1st.  I hope everyone had a great Christmas and wish you a Safe and Happy 2009. Please attend your meetings and be involved. Hope to see you January 4th.
